Our 2021 Pinot Blanc is a blend of two Eola-Amity Vineyards, RPG and Bieze. The juice was fermented in a 1-4 year old puncheon sized Acacia wood barrels on lees for 7 months before being racked to tank for bottling. Citrusy on the nose, with lychee, white flowers and fennel on the palate.
