2022 Threemile Vineyard Chenin Blanc

We fermented the Chenin Blanc in a concrete egg and an Acacia wood puncheon. We then aged the wine for 8 months on the lees before bottling in May of 2023. This Chenin has richness from partial malolactic with ripe fruit and high acidity.
